I hope that all of you take a few moments to revitalize yourselves each day, remembering that you are one of the magnitude of creatures and things that are filled with ch'i, interconnected and always changing. From exercising, appreciating nature and ourselves, to sleeping and eating well, see what will provide harmony and energy. Remember to take your full deep breaths, cleansing and nurturing. In your homes and work places, clear unnecessary clutter each day while also allowing your true self expression to flow! I realize that this all sounds a bit trite with the season upon us; our minds are full of what we want to do and what we feel we must do. Perhaps we can trim tab our intentions to truly allow for our Presence, free our minds of cluttering thoughts and reduce our "to do" lists to the simplest priorities.
