My Story
My belief is that challenges really can become opportunities for growth. I aim to provide clients with a judgment-free space where they can openly examine their lives and express their true feelings.
Taking an approach that is integrative, collaborative, and empathetic— I view each client as a unique individual and believe there is no one size-fits-all technique to psychotherapy. My main goals as a therapist are to help my clients develop new ways of looking at their thinking, identify limiting or unhealthy patterns, and help them move forward into healing and flourishing. I work with clients ages 18 and over who are facing all sorts of challenges including anxiety, depression, and struggles with normal life transitions.
Currently, I am finishing my Master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I received my bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University. I live with my husband and three children.
