Immigration Evaluations
What occurs during an immigration evaluation?
At an immigration evaluation, a team member will guide you through each step to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible. The evaluation typically consists of two or three meetings with your provider. During these meetings, your provider will conduct interviews to gather information about various aspects of your life, including:
Family history
Medical history
Psychological history
Work history
Concerns you may have regarding the immigration process
In addition to interviews, you may also be requested to complete surveys or evaluations for specific purposes.
These assessments can include neurocognitive tests, depression, and anxiety inventory tests, or partner violence surveys. These evaluations aim to gather comprehensive information to support your immigration case.
Different types of evaluations are offered, such as:
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) evaluations:
Extreme Hardship evaluations
Asylum evaluations
