Certified Life Coach and Strategist

I am a certified Life Coach through the strategic intervention strategies of Robbins-Madanes Training. I studied personal development, wellness and mindfulness for over 20 years.

In 2020 I published my own personal development book meant to help individuals lead a positive, meaningful and fulfilled life.  The More We Become goes beyond your most typical self-help literature to empower readers to develop their own insights building off the powerful ideas in my book (www.themorewebecome.com).

It’s with the same philosophy and approach that drives my work as a

life coach. I guide you to come up with strategies that will work most for your life, assisting you to realize your own answers to your life’s challenges and/or help you reach, quicker, your desired goals.

As a top educator in the Bronx for over 20 year, I’ve coached countless students and teachers towards their goals and greater success. I can guide you towards your goals and frame key shifts that will direct you to your desired path and trajectory.

My belief is that challenges really can become opportunities for growth. I aim to provide clients with a judgment-free space where they can openly examine their lives and express their true feelings.

Taking an approach that is integrative, collaborative, and empathetic— I view each client as a unique individual and believe there is no one size-fits-all technique to psychotherapy. My main goals as a therapist are to help my clients develop new ways of looking at their thinking, identify limiting or unhealthy patterns, and help them move forward into healing and flourishing. I work with clients ages 18 and over who are facing all sorts of challenges including anxiety, depression, and struggles with normal life transitions.

Currently, I am finishing my Master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I received my bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University. I live with my husband and three children.
